Paintings
Charlot’s oil paintings provided another medium that was responsive to his distinctive sense of color and composition. It allowed him to create fresh perspectives on many subjects explored in other media, from small studies for his first Picture Book, to portraits, and larger works with Mexican and Pacific Island themes.
